Martin Wagner presented SEMIZENTRAL at the Smart City Forum, Bejing

On September 22nd, 2014, the workshop “Sustainable Urban Development/Smart City – A Forum for Chinese-German Dialogue”, initiated by RSBK GmbH and under the direction of Rudolf Scharping was held in Bejing. Besides high ranked representatives of the Chinese and German industrie, Prof. Martin Wagner was invited to present the SEMIZENTRAL approach to a wide audience.
