State Secretary Dr. Georg Schütte visits China
Dr. Georg Schütte, Secretary, Federal Ministry for Education and Research visited China from 18 - 24 September. In Beijing, he has opened jointly with Research Minister WAN Gang the Conference on the Establishment of Sino-German innovation platform. He also met with representatives of the Education and Research Ministry (MoST) in order to speak about the German-Chinese cooperation "Clean Water China" adopted on the Sino-German intergovernmental consultations in June. In his speech at the Conference on the Establishment of Sino-German Innovation Platform, State Secretary Dr. Georg Schütte, announced the implementation of the SEMICENTRAL approach as a part of the World Horticulture Exposition 2014 in Qingdao. Afterwards Prof. Cornel presented the audience the resource-efficient infrastructure approach.
