Workshop on SEMIZENTRAL at VEZ in Qingdao, China
As part of the Thematic Network "Clean Water China and South East Asia" funded by the DAAD with funds from the BMBF a workshop on semicentralized infrastructure systems was held from 20.10.2014 to 10.24.2014 at the world's first VEZ in Qingdao, China.
During the workshop of PhD students from Qingdao Technological University, Tongji University Shanghai and Technische Universität Darmstadt were able to present their latest research results and discuss them in the context of semicentralized infrastructure systems. In addition to different field trips presentations by various external speakers were held.
Our special thanks go to Prof. Zhengliang JIANG (Qingdao Technological University), Arthur Dornburg (m + p consulting Süd GmbH), Xiangzhong ZHANG (Qingdao Planning and Design Institute) and Qingjie CHEN (Director Planning Department, Shiyuan Executive Commission) for their interesting presentations.
